At Woodhouse Adventure Park, we’re looking for a capable, practical, and self-motivated Maintenance & Services Officer to help keep our 54-hectare property safe, functional, and looking its best. From general repairs and infrastructure checks to mowing, pruning and getting things guest-ready, this is a hands-on, full-time role where no two days are quite the same.

Job Description
What you’ll be doing
General property maintenance across buildings, amenities, and basecamps
Basic repairs (patching, painting, fixing, adjusting) and minor projects
Setting up equipment and assisting with guest preparation (e.g. fire drums, BBQs, signage)
Performing routine checks (e.g. gas bottles, water systems, hazards)
Reporting issues and logging tasks using internal job tracking systems
Supporting volunteers and contractors when needed
Desired Skills and Experience
What you’ll need
A good set of practical skills and a hands-on mindset
Experience in general maintenance, groundskeeping or similar work
The ability to work independently and manage your time well
Confidence using tools and small machinery
Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in all weather
A current SA driver’s license and police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
