About the role
We’re on the hunt for a Guest Services & Cleaning Lead to take pride in keeping our accommodation, basecamps, and shared facilities sparkling clean and ready for thousands of happy campers, school kids, and adventure-seekers each year.
This is a hands-on role, leading a small team of casual staff to:
- Clean and prepare buildings and facilities to a high standard
- Oversee and manage linen services (washing, packing, bed-making)
- Support the maintenance team with basic tasks
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across our expansive site
