Job Description

Responsibilities;

  • Professionally manage all incoming calls.
  • Provide accurate information to general enquiries.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure the office is professionally maintained.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Daily mail management.
  • Manage corporate email inboxes.
  • Manage meeting room calendars, equipment & hospitality requirements.
  • Maintain office amenities.
  • Manage office stationery & kitchen supplies.
  • Process Youth Membership and Group invoices
  • Admin support to the Membership & People, Culture and Capability teams.
  • Weekly banking.
  • Facilitate equipment hire bookings.
  • General administration duties.
  • Opportunity to develop your administration skills in a variety of areas.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proficient call management.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
  • Able to provide administrative support.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, take direction and manage confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly professional, a team player, flexible and prepared to assist when needed.
  • Ability to be resourceful, show initiative and have strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and or working in an office environment is desirable.

Essential;

  • National Police Check
  • WWCC
